• Course Withdrawals (Tuesday, February 1, 2011)
  

  Students desiring to drop/withdraw from a course must submit a registration form to the Registrar that formally documents the withdrawal on your record; notifying the instructor is not sufficient.  Without such notice, a student may be subject to an automatic failing grade.  Withdrawals are subject to the applicable financial and academic policies.

• Inclement Weather Notice (Thursday, December 1, 2011)
  

  Policy for delay/closing of school due to weather emergency is as follows:
  
  President or designee will make decision, notify key people and the following public media.  In an overnight storm situation,  every effort will be made to post the decision to close or delay by 7:00 AM.

  • Message is posted on the WTU website homepage. 
  • Message is provided on the WTU general phone number (202.726.8800)
  • Notice to all major TV stations (Channels 4-NBC, 5-Fox, 7-ABC, News Channel 8, and 9-CBS) and WTOP radio (103.5FM).
  • Notice to WTU residents.
